ftplib3 software package provides Library of callable ftp routines, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ftplib3
ftplib3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ftplib3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ftplib3 *
You will get with ftplib3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
